Brings to notice the inconvences experinced in carrying on the detailed of the army by the operations of the General order 3rd jany 1834 under which no officer can be employed to which he does not belong and by the prohibition contained in certain letters from the courts of Directors of the removal of Lieutt Colls from one regiment to another with his Excellency recommend.
