Decision that the advances of pay and allowances drawn by ministerial establishments of the Govt. of India Secretariats and attached & subordinate offices under Rule 24(b) of the Simla Allowance Code, during the last move of the Govt. of India from Simla to Delhi should be recovered in two equal installments from the pay and allowances drawn on 1st January 1929.
