H.M's.Forces relative to the desire to Lieut.Col.Wright H.M's. 39th Regt.to be permitted to withdraw his memorial respecting the rate of compensation to be granted for his horse, which will accordingly be passed to him a sanctioned in a lr. of 9th augt. last.
