Suggest the issue of notification in Genl. order to the effect, that the term coss, officially used, is to be taken under all circumstances, to mean 2 british miles, & state that a similar order would appear to be necessary as regards the return hire of Dooby Beares noted at Pate 164 of the Medical code clause 1, which is calculated at the rate of 10 coss for each Jouney.
