Submits copy of Major Abott Inspections report on Fort Maira, & the other forts in the provinces of Kemaoon, state that they have called for plans & estimate of the several works recommeended by Major Abbott, Vizt, that Fort Maira, may be made sufficiently defencisve at the modin cast of Rs.5000.
