With reference to a lr. of the 22nd Ultimo conveing remarks on certain orders received from Major Genl.Sir C.G.Napier, requests the return of such of the Documents as have not been disposed of by Govt. to enable the Commander in Chief to give effect to the instructins contained in the abovementioned lr.
