With reference to a letter of the 18th august last states that the sentiments of that govt respecting the requlation whcih should be established for the issued and care of great coasts to be supplied at the expenses of the state to the europea troops were expresses in his letter of 20th july 1841 forwards copyies of reports on the same subject from the clothing board.
