Having understood last year from the M.N the Govr Genl taht Buildings for the new corps in the Punjab were to be under charge of the civil Engineer and as communication on this subject reach him from the Mily Board request that it is stall intended that such works are to be excuted in the civil Department instructions to that effect may be issued.
