With reference to lr. of the 23rd Sept. & 11th Nov. last, states that the only point not expressly attended to inpies lr. of 11th sept. 1840 & 13 Dec.1841 is that of the disposal of the subordinates on the abolitions of such surveys as are not conducted on a system conformable to the instructions of the court of directors.
