Sanctioning conformation of the orders submitted with no. 939 of 12th sept. 1851. With reference to a lr. of the 23rd sept. last state that under the orders of the board in the ordvance dept. rifles and ammunition were issued on the Gl. july last from the allahabad magazine for the sebmidy pappers and miuers at darjeeling.
