Stating in reply to their leter No 1677 of the 26th March 1851 that the case as non submitted is marifactly incomplete and that the imunidity who alone object to the charge called for Explanation is possible that a satisfactory reply might have been given and that while Government are ready their Board expect that the memberri will take every means for satisfying themselves on al douly.
