With reference to the 3rd Para; of the Mily. Board's letter no. 9357, Date 11th Ultimom in the Military Deptt. states that the Deputy Governor agrees with Lieutt. Colonel Mactier in thinking that the 2 appointment of commandant if the Assam Artillery & Executive Assistant offcer Upper Division at present held by Captain D. Raid, are incompalible with each other and cannot both be carried on with due efficiency by th same Officer.
