In reply to a letter of the 22nd ultimo returns the Depspatch from the clothing Board relative to a prepoistion to substitute the shell Jacket and Jrowsens for the present half Mounting allowances with a view to the assimlation of the clothing of the European troops of H Ms and the Honorable cos service.
