In reply to letter no 1981 of the 31st Decr. lat reporting on the proposal to substitute the shell Iachet and Trowsers for the present half mounting allowance with the view to carrying out the recommendation of the late C in C that the European Troops of the Honable Cos. service should be placed on a similar footing as regards clothing with those of H Ms service .
