O. record copy thereof publishing extract of letter from the Honable court to the Govt. of india No. 3 of 1851 apprising that the queen has granted the dignity of a Boaonet of the united Kingdome to major Genl. Sir W. R. Gilbert G. C. B. and conferring the Brevet rank of major or captain W. G. Prendergast.
