With reference to a letter of the 4th Octr. last transmits copies of a Lr. from the adjutt genlof the Bombay army and of the Reports and correspondence which accompanied it relative to the metal Musketry Pauch Approved by his excellency Sir C Napier in 1842 a Speciment pattern of the Pauck Accompanies.
