Transmits for consideration and orders, copies of despatch from the adjutt Genl of the Boimaby army, and of the report of the audditor Genl thereon respecting the period at which the provisions of act no xxxvi of 1850 in amendment of the 43th Article of War, fixing the rates of subsistence and clothing for the Native Army, are to be considered as coming into operation.
