With reference to g.o.c.c. 5th july 1852 in which the brigr.and brigade major of cawnpore were removed to the new brigade at Benares consequenst on the Benares and Dinapore divison and to previous correspondences draw attention to the circumstances of the appts in question being stil in abseyance .
