Intimates, that the transfer in G.O C.C d/5th Utlimo, of Brigadier, the Honble J. ashburnham C.B from Cawnpore, to command the new Brigade, at Benares being merely a temporary arrangements, the Bregadier, has now been removed to ferozepore, and R. Home who stands, posited to letter situation but who is at present on leave on medical certifiate, and has not yet joined, has been transferred to Benares at which station he will proceed to join with out delay.
