In reply to No. 693 Dated 22nd April 1853 submits for consideration copy of a letter from the Quarter Master General of the Army with an intimation the the 30th N.I. have been ordered from Masulipatam to Moulmain to relieve the 49th Native Infantry. The leftwing of the 8th Native Infantry taking the duties of Masulipatam till relieved by teh 49th Regiment.
