With reference to the desire of the Madras Govt. to relieve the 49th Madrad Native Infantry at Moulmein by the 30th M.N.I. from Masulipatam, proposes to send the steamers Moozuffer and Berenice at once to Masulipatam to embark the 30th N.I. that a letter shold be addressed to the Madras Govt. intimating that Tonnage has been sent for the 30th and that the 49th will be brought back.
