Directed by the Most Noble the Governor General of India in Council, ot transmit to his, the annexed copy of Military Letter from the Honorable the court of Directors to the Governor of Bengal, No. 42, of the 30th March 1853. with copies of two articles of agreement for the delivery at Kurrachee, and at Calcutta of supplies of Ale and Porter, for the use of European Troops.
