With reference to 32 Sepoys of the 4th Siekh Infantry Having arrived from Burmah and landed on the Bank of the River where they wrer heopless nad unprotected, states that he took upon himself the responsibilty of having them instantly removed to the Hospital in the Cooly Bazar. That all the available Doolies were at once despatched for the Men. And a Native Doctor with Medicines etc. was sent to attend upon them.
