With reference to a leter of the 13th Ocotber last submit copy of one from the Supg 3 Engineer central Provinces offering his opinion and remarks on the quarters guard for European together iwth a Ram and Estimate to prepared in with the suggestion of the supg Engineer that Board co compliated and accordingly recommends that it may be adopted as the future standard.
