Dalby and other invalids of the garrison of chunar praying that the allowance granted to the wi.ves of men of the effective strength of the army may be extended to the wives of invalids who marry subsequent to their transfer stating in reply that Government is not prepared to recommend to the court that the prayer of the memorialists be complied with as the regulations are opposed to the solicittion.
