Transmits copy letter from the Genl Off. recommending the benares division with a copy of a memorial from hospital serjeant dalby and other invalids of the Garrison of C Hunar, praying that the allowance granted to the wives of men on the effective strength of the army may be extended to the wives of soldiers in the performance of Garrison duty who marry after their transfer to chunar and stattes that the C in C cannot recommend that the regulations of the service he departed from .
