Transmits the Commissions of Officers retired in Europe or permanently resident there for delivery, Honble the Court of Director's & for recovery of fees due thereon as per accompanying Statement States that the Rule laid down in a Letter of the 23rd July 1832 cannot be adhered to in respect to the Commissions herewith Submitted, Consequintion the permanent removal of the parties form India, & as there Commissions incumber the records of his Office Submits for Consideration Whether the shall be forwarded home for dilivary & recovery of fee or be othervise desposed of.
