In reply to a Despatch of the 17th Instant relative to a claim preferred by Pensioner C moore to arrears of pension from 31st january 1849 to thedte of his Embarkation the 16th Febuary following and states that if the Honorable court commenced paying the same in continuation from the later date instead of from the 1st of that month.
