In reply to a Despatch the 16th ultimo relative to the claim preferred by william allum private on the Bengal Establishment umberked for Europe to pension form the 1st ot 8 Febuary 1850 states that thi case is similar to that of christoher moore adverted to in the audtitor General letter No 539 of 6 march last.
