With reference to a letter of the General instant, report on the despatch from the Adjutt. General of the Army recommending the immediate appointment of 8 additional Hospital apprentices in the room of those withdrawn from Hospital for study at the Medical College, & the appointment of 8 more when those proceed to join who are expected to reach the College in June 1851.
