With reference to a Despatch of the 16th August last transmits, for information and necessary orders, copy of a letter to the Quarter Master General of the Army, stating that the Governor General is of opinion that small Guards, & that His Lordshipt cannut therefore Authorize them for the Hospital & Conjee House Guard Rooms.
