In continuation of his letter NO 301 of the 29th December last transmts for information and necessary orders copy of a Despatch from the Quarter master General of the army No 357 date 4th Instant and of the reply there to No 35 of the 13th Ultimo conveying the Governor General approval of the order issued by the C in C for the prevention of the inconveience that has been experienced .
