Intimating in repoly to a lr. No.2707 of the 20th Instt. that the Honble the C. in C. regrets that the INvestigationof the court of enquiry have failed to trace any certain clause to the cause of the fires in the Ballygunge bazar on the nights of the 11th & 23rd April last.
