In reply to a despatch from the 19th Instt. states that Bucktawur Laxar attached to H.M's 10th foot who has served but 6th Months is recommended for a pension in the 2nd Degree of Rs.24 as laid down in G.O Dt.13th augt.1838, having while in the performance of his duties been desabled and renduced unfit for further service by the toss of his right legin action.
