Healy H.,M's 16th laneers states that he is uncailling to transfer hiservices to the compg. on the terms mentioned in the above lr. that it would be better worth his while to remain in his Regt. and that as regards his Pension he would obsain a much higher one in the queens Army than that proffered to him and further declaies that he would bne williary to serve for 100 Rs.
