Meade now of H M's 83rd Foot to be furnished with a passag from Calcutta to Bombay for the Purpose of Going his reght and also to be allowed an advance of one Months pay observes that Leiutt. Meade appeares to have no claim to Indian Allowances until the date of his arrival at Bombay.
