Transmits, copies of letter to the Major General Commanding the Presidency Division states that the very great mortality that occurred among the Recruits during the last, hot weather in the fort of Allahabad, has made the Commander in Chief more than usally anxions that the Recruits should move from the Presidency in time to join their repective Corps before the 1st April net and therefore requests the cooperation of Govt.
