With reference to a letter of the 12th May last directing the Sky Blue & Army Sky Blue obsolete cloths considered to be the property of Govt. to be used for the coats of Sasears of N.I. regiment Subit for Consideration & orders copy letter from the army clothing agent 2nd Division Enquiring if the superfine & Fine cloths of this discription are to be used for the above purpose the men inquestion being intitled only to the ordinary quality the difference in price as specified within being very great 7 suggest that of the finer cloths were sold it would probably be more for the advantage of teh state.
