Transmits, for information necessary orders, copy of a correspondence with the Adjt Genl. of the army, authorizing for the Europeans attached to the Portion by General Orders of the 27 the 29th november last a staff allowance of Rs. 20 per mensem and either public tents with carriage tentage at the rate of Rs. 20 per mensem.
