Transmitting with reference to previous correspondencde extract courts lr. No.72 of 1842 stating that they are not staisfied that the bad conditions of the two horses, was occassioned by their being placed on the deck of the Windsor noticing several previous shipments & adding that they have, never the less put the horses sent out between decks.
