Intimating that the President in Council has authorized the with draal of the redepartment artillery here to fore stationed at Tavoy to the Head Quarters of the company of artillery at Maulemin and that instructions to the above effect were conveyed in letter no 2631 of the 9th instant , from the foreign deparment to the Commissioner of the Tenasserin Provinces.
