Informing him that Govt. has permitted Pensioner, Khyadabnx khan and mirza kander Bey to be absent for 2 1/2 years on a pilgrimage to Mecca from 1st may 1853. and that their names, should continue on the pension Establishment and arrcar paid to them on their return.
