Stating that the General Court Martial, by which Major B.T. Phillips of the 7th Light Cavalry was tried having most fully and honorable acquitted that officer of the charge preferred against him, the P.in Counicl pases his Bill for compensation for the loss of Regimental Command allowance from the 13th May to the 29th August last, being the period during which he was under arrest.
