With reference to a letter No 209 of the 27th June last transmits for information and necessary orders copy correspondence with Bt major Campbell field pay master at Wuzeerabad stating that hte G G L requests extremely that the G Gl regrets extremely that he the pay master should have passed the Seinde Feild allowance.
