In continuation of their letter of the 28th July last, submit copy report of a committee, from which it appears that the serjt. majors Bungalow of the 38th sight Infantry at Lucknow was destroyed fire on the 31st March 1848 and that it briginated in the flames from the authority of a Bheesty in the naghbourhood being communicated to it.
