In reply to letter no 313 from mily deptt. of 24the April last states particulars regardi of the bill , or draft for Rs 50 drawn from affghanistan on the treasury of the Lucknow Resident and still unpaid to the order of the remitten a havildan in the 48th Native Infantry , I have the honor to report as follows.
