In reply to their ltr. no. 1067 of the 12th inst. - With refer. to G.A. 3rd july last, grantign the unattched commisssioenr of Einsing to certain officers in the non-commissioend ranks, agreabl to courts, despatch of 22nd April 1846 request to knwo whethr these officer are to be considered admissibel.
