Report having received an Estimate for constructing out Buildings to the barracks of H ms 24th Regiments at Sealkote submit copy correspondence on the subject and obseve that the Estimate has been to the authority conveyed in Assistant secy captain Atkinsons Despatch of the 11th January 1851.
