Submit Bills for current exps. in the Bridge deptt. of the Jullundur Daub, from Octr. 1846 to april 1847 & recomme that they may be paassed submit also copy of lt. Col.Bensons despatch & request to know whether th authority of the late Gover.Genl. as therein conveyed is sufficient to enable there to admit such bills is future.
