Proposal to cancel the rules in Appendices I and II to the Upper Burma Land and Revenue Manual defining the terms on which grants of land in Burma may be made to persons undertaking to introduce cultivators from Chota Nagpur and Bihar into Burma, and the terms on which such grants may be made to officers and men (time-expired and others) of the Upper Burma Military Police.
